Founder and Honorary Chairperson

Dr. Candy is a Spiritual Director. She graduated with a Master of Christian Studies (majoring in Spiritual Theology and Spiritual Formation) from Alliance Bible Seminary in Hong Kong. She completed the Higher Diploma in Christian Spiritual Direction at Tao Fong Shan Christian Centre and obtained a Doctor of Ministry (major in Spiritual Direction) from the Graduate Theological Foundation in the United States. She served in various positions of administrative officers in the Hong Kong Government for more than 20 years, and served many years in the senior management of local and international charitable organizations.

Currently Candy is an adjunct Lecturer at the Christian Ministry Institute, Honorary Lecturer at Yew Chung College of Early Childhood Education (YCCECC) in Parent Education Certificate program, Honorary Spiritual Guidance Supervisor of the Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE) program in the Chaplaincy of Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) .

Since 2016, the seed of “SG Model” has been sprouting in her heart. By God's guidance and grace, she has utilized the new tool of “SG Model” to enhance her spiritual immunity and ability to face trials (including temptations and trials), and to have peace and joy in her heart. In response to the Lord's grace, she shares her vision with others, hoping that believers can use this tool to establish a close relationship with God and enhance their personal and group spiritual immunity.

Over the years, Candy wrote the books of “Spiritual Thermometer II - Intimate or Not? My Relationship with God ”(2024), “Spiritual Guidance Model (SG Model) - A New Tool for Checking and Increasing Spiritual Immunity”(2022). Moreover, Candy was invited to write an article on ‘Intimate Relationship with God’ under the topic of ‘Spiritual Growth’ in ‘The Soul Care Bible’ – Worldwide Chinese Bible (WCB), to share about the Spiritual Thermometer /SG Model ministry (2025). Candy has been inviting believers to pray for the ministry, so that God's heart can bless the believers and enhance their love for the Lord.
